This is an ongoing post. I’ll keep adding versions here as I keep playing with this piece.

This is the second step in the process. I’ve filled out some of the details in the second figure, at the bottom. I’ll probably keep working on the B&W version until the values are really clear. Still, I’m cheating a little and playing with color now. I’m using a layer in photoshop set to overlay, or color, to experiment.
From a photo a friend took. I liked the motion in the image and will attempt to capture it. Here is the first step, I plan on continuing this in my spare time, perhaps trying new techniques and styles along the way. To make it easier, I’ll just keep adding to this post and modifying the date so you can see.
